Zachery Ty Bryan, a former child star on ’90s hit show Household Improvement, pleaded responsible to two misdemeanor charges in his domestic violence situation.
Bryan, who played Tim Allen’s son Brad on the ABC sitcom, entered the plea Tuesday to costs of menacing and assault in the fourth diploma constituting domestic violence, Lane County District Lawyer Patricia W. Perlow in Eugene, Ore., tells Yahoo Amusement.
“Both equally of all those fees are class A misdemeanors,” Perlow states. Bryan was sentenced to 36 months of probation with a number of situations, which include partaking in a batterer intervention plan (called Bridges2Safety). He need to also have “no contact with the victim.”
Bryan, who was accused of strangling a woman in the October incident, prevented six other expenses, which include harassment, coercion, strangulation, interference with building a report and next counts of menacing and assault in the fourth diploma.
“Whilst Mr. Bryan was charged with further crimes, like two course C felonies, it is in the fascination of closure for the victim and in recognition of the backlog of scenarios we have due to COVID constraints that make me feel this resolution is in the interest of justice,” Perlow suggests.
